2.0 HFO winter blend

Do Not recirculate the B side material above 85 degrees it will Boil off the Blowing agent causing low yield.
The Liquid material in the drum Must be a minimum of 70 Degrees. ( If lower than 70 degrees you will get shrinkage or cracking in the winter)
Winter temps should be at 122 degrees on Polyol side and 130 degrees on the ISO side.
Hose heat should be between 104-130 degrees. (start at 130 degrees)
Hose pressure should be at 1160-1600 (start at 1600 PSI)
Surface should be clean and dry. Do not spray on damp or condensated substrate.
